DMC Allstars is an established cheerleading team & dance school now based in Stirling. The sports club was founded in Dunblane in 2009. We have recently moved to our new studio and have expanded our classes. The studio is equipped with a gymnastics floor and equipment, as well as a Harlequin dance floor and 10 metres of full-length wall mirrors.
We are excited to welcome new athletes from the Stirling area to join the DMC family.
We currently have classes available for school aged children in allstar cheerleading, gymnastics and dance (pom dance, hip-hop and lyrical/jazz). Please check our timetable for class descriptions, times and prices.
We are planning to add parent & toddler, pre-school and adult classes to our timetable after summer. Please email to register your interest and receive updates.
The benefits of participating in allstar cheerleading & dance are immense. Over the last 12 years, I have witnessed the positive impact of the sport on the many young people who have been part of DMC. Aside from the obvious benefits to physical and mental health, there are many attributes that young athletes develop while participating. Cheerleaders learn of the importance of team work, accountability and self-motivation. They also develop self-confidence, leadership skills and an understanding of what it takes to succeed.
Over the last 12 years, the club has had many successes at competitions and been crowned National Champions 3 times as well as Regional Champions on several occasions. While we are very proud of these achievements, we are not a results driven team. We believe in the importance of celebrating all accomplishments, whatever they may be. The first time a newbie lands their cartwheel, or when one of our elite dancers nails a triple pirouette. These are the important moments that we celebrate in class every week.
